I haven’t had a chance to do much this past week, since work has been so busy. I was planning to do some sewing on Saturday, but then I actually picked up a book and got immersed in that. It’s an old favorite that I have read probably 3 other times. I don’t know if I will read it all, since its about 3,000 pages worth of books.
Here are a couple pair of pants I sewed up for Anya. The corduroy pants I made at some point this past winter and the leggings I made a few weeks ago with my new serger. Then, of course, some more of the scrapbooking I had done.
Great job on the sewing and the scrapbooking. I got lost in a book this weekend, too.
I am *so* far behind on my scrapbooking! Now, reading…that I’m not behind on 🙂
Stacy- your creativity makes me look like a 2 year old, with no hand eye coordination (haha. ok, does that analogy work??). You amaze me!
I know curiosity killed the cat, but what book is that you’re reading that you’ve enjoyed so many times?
A fellow bookworm
Thanks ladies! 🙂
Tana, I left a comment on your blog, but here it is, too. The series is by David & Leigh Eddings, called the Belgariad and the Mallorean. Many, many books go into it all but they are engaging and fun to read.
so impressively productive. must. stop. wasting. time.
Creative and beautiful as always. 🙂
I have to post again as I just read up the comments list and noticed Belgariad and the Mallorean, which I too read aeons ago and loved too. Wow, it’s been awhile what a pleasant rememberance. 🙂
Such fun !!!!
You are on a scrapbooking roll!
seriously, girl. you are putting me to shame. i didn’t even have a chance to put together a blog entry yet…to type up excuses for no craftiness..again!
they are great. i love the “curls” page. i definitely need to do one of those this week!
Some great work – both the pants and the pages. I was going to post a few pics of some pages I did last week, but never got around to taking the pics. I took a nap instead. 🙂
Great pants and layouts…but I was wondering about the book, too, so I’m glad you shared it. :o) I miss reading, I just don’t get the chance very often anymore.
