I normally don’t make pajamas for the kids, since they just aren’t that interesting to make. However, when you have an excessive amount of fabric…jammies sound like a good thing to sew.
I had bought this kitty fabric for the Girl to make into street clothes, but I thought they would work for jammies. Especially, since she doesn’t have much that fits her for cold weather pajamas. She seems to like them as she wears them several days in a row whenever they come out of the wash. The white is a super soft knit, so all in all…pretty comfy! Plus, she LOVES kitties!
Next, here are some jammies for the Boy. Normally, he either wears fleece footies or just his underwear, so I’m hoping for a happy medium here. He seemed to like them, too!
Now here they are relaxing in their jammies. In our very, very messy and disorganized office.
*sigh*
One of these days…I will get that place organized.
Too busy sewing, though!
I have the Boy’s costume for the Renaissance Festival done, but will wait until next week to post pictures. We are going this coming weekend, so I will have ACTION SHOTS. 🙂
My girl likes kitties, too. Very cute kitty fabric you found there.
Have fun at the Renaissance festival!
