I hadn’t quite counted on the wind factor this day. I sometimes forget how very windy it can get in the Springtime, and that skirts like this are not conducive to this weather.
I was going to run some errands at lunch, but decided against it as I wasn’t keen on my skirt going airborne!

Sweater – Express
Boots – Miz Mooz
Jewelry – Silpada
Hair – high Dutch braid along each side, and then looped and overlapped up top and pinned in place. It was kinda messy with all the hairs all over the place, so next time I need some smoothing spray or something.
