This was my last day at work before taking a week and a half off over the holidays. “Off” being relative, as I still had to go in to work on one of the days before year-end. Being an accountant is TONS of fun near year-end and quarter-ends. The 4th of July is at quarter-end, so we can’t take off around that time. It would be nice to actually have a vacation in the winter-time without having to worry about whether it will interfere with getting tax returns done in time.
I also had my annual review at work on this day. Always so much fun. Especially, when you have been doing the same job for over 10 years. Not much new to say really. I’m just glad I have a job in this lovely economy!

Hair – Braided the fringe and down the side, then braided the other side down across the bottom to the other side. Where they met I twisted the braids together and secured with a pony.
